Stéphane Avelin, Maître-Restaurateur, was elected “Future Talent of Gastronomy” in 1995. He only works with fresh and raw products, in other words, a “homemade” cuisine. In 2014, the famous Gault & Millau guide also awarded the restaurant a second toque. The restaurant will celebrate its 25 anniversary in 2019.
